Majestic Series explores broader themes of memory, estrangement, and reconciliation, inviting the viewer to construct meaning through the simultaneous reading of text and image. The works bring together diverse strategies of representation and intersecting visual signifiers—both real and imagined—to create images that resist fixed categories and definitive interpretations. Text and image intersect, overlap, and contradict one another, creating a shifting field in which meanings remain provisional and multiple possibilities can emerge.
Fragments of language function not simply as descriptions or captions, but as images in their own right, evoking associations and narratives without fully resolving them. Familiar forms become uncertain, while invented or displaced elements acquire the appearance of lived experience. The resulting images occupy a space between recognition and ambiguity, where memory and imagination continually reshape one another.
Rather than offering a single narrative, Majestic Series invites the viewer to participate in constructing meaning. Its visual and textual fragments suggest stories that are at once intimate and elusive, allowing personal experience to intersect with broader questions of history, belonging, and reconciliation.
